Residential Renovation of a Property in Saline

Thoroughly Modernized Property

Construction of a new modern villa and renovation of two bungalows on a property previously featuring an old Saint Barth house. The unique location provided both natural and political challenges.

Landslides from the adjacent hill were an obvious potential threat that needed to be mitigated with expert engineering. Additionally, as the property is surrounded by protected areas ("green zones"), it required a careful strategy of applying for building permits in order to achieve the excellent final results that thoroughly modernized the property.
